About Me

The person behind the work.

I'm Racquel, and I've spent over seven years working in admin and EA roles across a pretty varied mix of industries - accounting, commercial interior design, trades, and certification businesses. That range isn't accidental. It means I've had to learn quickly, adapt to how different businesses operate, and figure out what actually makes things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Early in 2026 I made the decision to go out on my own. Not because I was done with the work, but because I felt I could offer more to more businesses by doing it this way. Working across a handful of clients means I bring experience from every business I've worked with into the next one.

I'm efficient, thorough, and I take real pride in doing things properly. The kind of person who notices the thing that's about to become a problem before it does, and quietly sorts it. If something's on my plate, it gets done and done well.

What drives me is seeing a business owner actually get their time back. When the inbox is under control, the documents are sorted, and the week feels manageable again, that's the outcome I'm working towards every time.
